Travelers are responsible for booking their own roundtrip airfare to Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM).

FLIGHT INFORMATION

Your roundtrip flight information must be submitted no later than May 5, 2027 or you will be responsible for your own airport transportation.

👥 ROOMMATE INFORMATION

Per-person rates are based upon double occupancy.

If your roommate does not submit their deposit within 24 hours, cancels their reservation, fails to make the required monthly payments, or is removed from the trip, your reservation may be adjusted to the applicable single occupancy rate.

SunFire Travel Group is not responsible for roommate cancellations, missed payments, occupancy changes, or any resulting rate increases.

📋 BOOKING INFORMATION

✈️ Please register using your full legal name as it appears on your passport.

This information will be used for travel arrangements and must match your government-issued identification.

A registration form and deposit is required for every traveler.

Each traveler must complete their own registration form and submit their own deposit.

Roommates are strongly encouraged to complete separate registrations.

If you submit payment for yourself and your roommate, you acknowledge that both travelers agree to the booking terms, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and travel requirements. You also accept responsibility for ensuring all required monthly payments are made.

Reservations booked together receive one monthly invoice and cannot later be separated into individual payment plans.

Trip updates, invoices, and reminders are sent only to the primary traveler listed on the reservation.

Minimum monthly payments are required.
Bi-Weekly payments upon request
Reservations will be automatically canceled after 60 days of non-payment.
$100 per person reinstatement fee
Reinstatement is not guaranteed.
$100 per person late fee after the final payment date.
No exceptions for missed payment deadlines.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Prices are subject to change until deposits have been received from all guests sharing a room.

Travel protection insurance is not included with your package.

It is strongly recommended to protect your investment should unexpected events occur before or during your trip.

🛂 PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

Valid passports are required.

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your scheduled return date, and travelers are responsible for meeting all entry requirements for St. Maarten and Anguilla.

By submitting a registration form and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions, payment requirements, cancellation policies, and travel requirements associated with this trip.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual commitments made on behalf of travelers unless otherwise stated in writing by SunFire Travel Group.

Final payment is due April 5, 2027.

Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.

If no payment is received within 60 days, your reservation will be automatically canceled and all monies paid will be forfeited.

If your reservation includes a roommate, you are responsible for ensuring your roommate makes all required payments. SunFire Travel Group is not responsible for room or reservation cancellations resulting from a roommate's failure to make timely payments.
